Terms and conditions regarding Covid-19

Our rental spots remain open and are ready to help you with a rental car. Please note, however, that there can be changes in the opening hours of the individual rental spots.

We at Danish Car Rental take COVID-19 very seriously and follow the government recommendations and guidelines to prevent infection. Therefore, you can still safely rent a car with us.

The average age of the vehicles is approx. four months, and each vehicle is inspected and cleaned after each rental period. There are greatly intensified cleaning routines for the vehicles, with systematic use of disinfectants. The car will be covered with plastic for maximum hygiene. During the health crisis of Covid-19, additional measures are being implemented at the stations. Including regular disinfection of desks between each customer, as well as a "zero contact" policy, where the key is disinfected and handed over in a closed and sealed plastic bag.
